What is DASAP?

DASAP is an acronym for "Delivery As Soon As Possible".  Kenneth and Robert Zorabedian of United Parking Valet have pivoted part of their business from valet service to a local delivery service.  During this transition their sister Felicia Neves has been an intricate piece of helping grow their new business.

 How does it work?

Similar to the national 3rd party delivery companies, DASAP offers an online marketplace & app that facilitates the order by way of a tablet, printer, fax or integration. Our goal is to make things easier for you and have this integrated into your POS system. This integration can take up to 4 weeks to complete but while this is being built out we can start taking orders with the tablet and printer . If you are already using a third party integrator, we could be tapped into your system within 5 -7 business days.

What are the costs associated with this platform?

Our default marketplace pricing is as followed:

Credit Card Processing Fee - 3.1% is paid by both DASAP & Partner.

DASAP Commission – 17.9% less than the subtotal of the order minus credit card processing fee.

Customer – up to a 10% service fee plus delivery fee.

What about Sales Tax?

DASAP collects and remits all sales tax to the State. 1 less thing that the merchant has to worry about. Marketplace facilitator law

How far do you deliver and what are the fees?

Right now we are running our FREE DELIVERY promotion, Free Delivery within 2 miles of the restaurant.

Our default delivery fees range between 0 and $9.95 depending how far the delivery is.  Deliveries with a minimum purchase of $9.95. Additional fees and distances are as followed:

0 to 2 mile FREE Delivery

2 to 3 miles $2.95

3 to 4 miles $3.95

4 to 5 miles $4.95

5 miles + $9.95 plus $50 minimum purchase

How / When does the restaurant get paid?

After filling out the signup form we will send you a link from Billpay.com . DASAP currently makes deposits every Thursday for the prior week (Monday - Sunday).

Order and customer data.

One of the platforms we utilize is called Zuppler - they specialize in online ordering for restaurants. All of your data will be accessible through here. Your restaurant will have its unique login code to access all data including items ordered, totals sales, individual sales, customer information etc...

Drivers:

We are an employee based company (no independent contractors). They are paid an hourly wage, paid per mile, and they get to keep 100% of their tips. We guarantee our staff that each shift worked, that they will make at least $15 per hour or we will pay them the difference. Our staff are prescreened, trained, wear uniforms and are held accountable for their deliveries.  

What makes us different from the other companies?
